The Lake Ouachita Vista Trail (LOViT) is a 39-mile adventure built across five mountains on the southern shore of Lake Ouachita in Central Arkansas. This rugged trail winds through the picturesque Ouachita National Forest and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers land, offering mountain bikers, runners, and hikers a chance to immerse themselves in a landscape rich with abundant wildlife and vibrant flora. The demanding climbs up mountain slopes test your endurance, but they’re followed by exhilarating downhill sections that promise pure excitement. Recognized as an “Epic Trail” by the International Mountain Biking Association (IMBA)—its highest honor—LOViT is an essential destination for outdoor enthusiasts.
