Ramen noodles is a classic among long-distance hikers and backpackers because it is affordable, easy to make and lightweight. Spice it up with this Thai peanut ramen noodle recipe. This simple Thai peanut ramen recipe is a great way to spice up your ramen.

2. Cook the Noodles
Cook the ramen noodles according to the directions on the package. Drain off the remaining water. Do not add the seasoning package to the ramen.

3. Mix in the Peanut Sauce
After draining the water from cooking the noodles mix in the peanut sauce. You want to add the prepared peanut sauce before the ramen cools so that the sauce more evenly coats the noodles. Top with crushed peanuts and enjoy your Thai peanut ramen noodles.
